Fingers crossed the new tournaments will bring some more active players higher up in the leagues, and promote player vs player matches instead of the dumb bots keeping everyone's rank low.

Which ones? The scholars tournaments are useless to being new players and keep actual ones, they are just for... Scholars
Oh, I thought that meant people would delegate cards to new/low investment players that put in the work to do well. I hope it will keep some players like me around longer, since I had a blast playing with lvl 2+ cards for the last bit of Chaos Legion being in modern. I guess I am missing something about "Scholars".
Yeah I got a smash in the teeths with CL, I'm not gonna invest anymore as I see no signs of recover on prices too
