If you are running a Hive witness node setting up SPS node is very similar and can utilize the same hardware. I recently became a Hive witness and will be setting up SPS validator node in about a week when that becomes available.

I will also see if I can offer staking of other people licenses onto my validator. Not sure how that will work yet...
