Bloodlust is an ability that having a very powerfull effect. It can help monster to grow into very powerfull with each success of elimination. For each elimination, a monster can boost their health point, armor (if they started with 1 or more of it), speed, and attack by 1 point. There is no limit of bloodlust so try get them as much as we can. With those powerfull effect, bloodlust was an exclusive ability for gladiators, but since the chaos legion set released, this ability also given to some monsters outside the gladiators category.
The challenge of this ability is to get the first effect because we need to exactly eliminate the enemies with the monster that having the bloodlust to trigger it. So, helping the monsters would help the team, because that one monster might able to carry the entire team once it's turned into a big beast that is untoucable and unbeatable !

How Elias Max Pruitt can Help Melee Monster with Bloodlust

Okay, I've been in love with the armored strike, and find that it could trigger the bloodlust as well if the target monster is getting eliminated by it ! So, basically we don't just help a monster to deal more damage with their armor as damage, but also give the bloodlust monster to eliminate 2 monster in 1 turn ! This is because the damage given is not given at the same time. The armor would hit first, and then followed with the melee damage. And with the pierce effect, low health monster might easily eliminated even if they have some armor as protection !
I think this is a great combination if you want to get faster and more bloodlust effect !

Battle Example

Okay, as always I would give the battle example of my strategy. You can watch the battle on https://splinterlands.com/battle/sl_05fe29a73ff1d145f1e593f41d8189cb , but I will also share it here.

Here is the formation of both team, and the ruleset for the match. There is 51 mana cap to be used which is high enough to do many trick and strategy, with no arrow and sneak ruleset. So there will be a magic and melee battle, with melee is having additional advantage cause they can attack from any position to aim the backline monsters.
I think this is a perfect ruleset to use the monster with bloodlust, because now he can attack from the save position. I try to combine the melee with magic here, trying to give unpredictable attack.

On my enemy side, he focus on magic damage, but is having the anti melee on the front and the back. With speed modification, there will be hard to hit the Coeurl, except the fact that my bloodlust monster is having a true strike ability !

How the Battle Goes

At 1st round, I am lucky that my main hitter is not only having bloodlust but also having the true strike ability ! This is because the enemies taunter at the back is having evade ability and high speed difference, which makes him hard to get hit. And with true strike, the Jared Scar manage to eliminate him with the armor strike + melee damage which makes him getting the first bloodlust triggered.

At second round, the armor strike is giving Jared Scar additional bloodlust, which makes his melee damage even higher and getting another bloodlust after that, so that is 2 bloodlust on 1 turn !
Meanwhile, my tanker is eliminated this turn.

Finally, my team win the match, and Jared Scar getting 2 more bloodlust addition this turn ! Effective strategy works well !

Conclussion

Armor strike is counted as a melee damage which is given first before the main attack, so there will be 2 attack on 1 turn, and this could help monsters with the bloodlust ability to not only deal more damage, but also addition chance to eliminate enemies and trigger it's bloodlust ability. With right condition, they can trigger 2 bloodlust on each turn ! This could give a massive boost for the monster and also for your team to win the match. But keep in mind that armor strike can miss the target since it worked as melee damage, so be carefull when facing enemies with high evading ability, if possible, get the monster with true strike like how I done on my battle example.
