Outside my aunt’s house, which sits in the middle of a forest, I came across these beautiful roses. In the background, you can spot the tall pine trees surrounding her place. The first few shots are of a dark pink rose. She planted them herself, though she admitted she hardly gets the time to care for them. The heavy rains have left their mark, giving the flowers this look and leaving the leaves with brownish spots.
मेरी आंटी के घर के बाहर, जो घने जंगल के बीचोंबीच बना है, मुझे ये खूबसूरत गुलाब दिखाई दिए। पीछे की तरफ़ लम्बे-लम्बे चीड़ के पेड़ भी साफ़ नज़र आ रहे थे। शुरू की कुछ तस्वीरें गहरे गुलाबी गुलाब की हैं। ये गुलाब उन्होंने खुद लगाए हैं, लेकिन उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें इन्हें संभालने का ज़्यादा समय नहीं मिल पाता। लगातार होने वाली बारिश की वजह से फूलों का रूप कुछ ऐसा हो गया है और पत्तों पर भूरे धब्बे भी आ गए हैं।
The roses still carried water droplets since it had rained just an hour earlier. The leaves were also sprinkled with drops. I tried to capture them, but I later noticed the shots came out a little shaky and slightly out of focus.
गुलाबों पर अब भी पानी की बूंदें जमी हुई थीं, क्योंकि एक घंटे पहले ही बारिश हुई थी। पत्तों पर भी नन्हीं-नन्हीं बूंदें टिकी हुई थीं। मैंने उन्हें कैमरे में कैद करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन बाद में देखा तो तस्वीरें थोड़ी हिलती-डुलती और हल्की-सी धुंधली निकलीं।
The next two photos are of the white roses that were surrounded by tiny buds waiting to bloom.
अगली दो तस्वीरें सफेद गुलाबों की हैं, जिनके चारों ओर छोटे-छोटे कली लगे थे, जो खिलने का इंतज़ार कर रहे थे।
Next came a light pink rose, its petals were drenched in fresh water droplets. The rain had given it a soft, glistening look, making it appear even more delicate and refreshing.
उसके बाद हल्के गुलाबी रंग का गुलाब दिखा, जिसकी पंखुड़ियाँ ताज़ा पानी की बूंदों से भीगी हुई थीं। बारिश ने उसे एक नर्म, चमकदार सा रूप दे दिया था, जिससे वो और भी नाज़ुक और ताज़गी भरा लग रहा था।
