This evening’s sunset felt a little different from the usual ones I see. I was climbing the stairs when the sky caught my attention even before the sun did. The clouds were scattered all across the sky, soft and patchy, almost like someone had lightly brushed them across the blue canvas. Some were thin and feathery, while others looked slightly heavier, creating layers that slowly shifted as the evening breeze moved through them. The fading sunlight was touching their edges, giving them a soft golden tint.
आज का सूर्यास्त कुछ अलग सा लगा। मैं सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ रही थी कि सबसे पहले मेरी नज़र आसमान पर पड़ी। सूरज से पहले ही बादलों ने ध्यान खींच लिया था। आसमान में छोटे-छोटे बादल हर तरफ फैले हुए थे, जैसे किसी ने नीले आकाश पर हल्के हाथ से उन्हें बिखेर दिया हो। कुछ बादल पतले और मुलायम लग रहे थे, जबकि कुछ थोड़े घने थे। शाम की ढलती रोशनी उनके किनारों को हल्का सुनहरा बना रही थी, जिससे पूरा आसमान बहुत सुंदर लग रहा था।
Then I finally noticed the sun …a glowing orange ball slowly sinking behind the hills in the distance. It wasn’t a dramatic moment, but a peaceful one. The light spread across the valley, touching the buildings and the slopes, while the clouds above reflected the last warmth of the day.
फिर मेरी नज़र दूर पहाड़ियों के पीछे डूबते हुए सूरज पर पड़ी। वह एक चमकता हुआ नारंगी गोला लग रहा था जो धीरे-धीरे नीचे जा रहा था। उसकी रोशनी घाटी, पहाड़ियों और सामने दिख रही इमारतों पर फैल रही थी। ऊपर बादल उस आखिरी रोशनी को अपने अंदर समेटे हुए थे।
