Todos los que escribimos porque necesitamos compartir nuestras inquietudes podemos identificarnos con este post. A veces las ideas están ahí pero no logramos que salgan de forma satisfactoria. Como dicen en otros comentarios, suelen pasar como cometas fugaces mientras realizamos actividades mecánicas porque facilitan que la mente se evada y sea creativa. La tecnología en eso ayuda mucho, yo también utilizo una aplicación de notas en el móvil para esos momentos supuestamente inoportunos, que pienso no lo son tanto. Coincido en tu opinión final de que si no estamos en buena disposición para escribir es mejor que no lo hagamos sintiendo que es una obligación. Es cierto que se nota en lo que publicamos y, al menos en mi caso, como lectora no me aporta valor alguno. Un abrazo.

All of us who write because we need to share our concerns can identify with this post. Sometimes the ideas are there but we can't get them to come out in a satisfactory way. As other commentators have said, they tend to happen like fleeting comets while we are doing mechanical activities because they make it easier for the mind to escape and be creative. Technology helps a lot in that, I also use a notes app on my phone for those supposedly inopportune moments, which I think are not so much. I agree with your final opinion that if we are not in a good mood to write it is better not to do it feeling that it is an obligation. It's true that it shows in what we publish and, at least in my case, as a reader it doesn't add any value to me. Best regards.
