se encuentren excelente junto a las personas que les rodean.
El llamado a actuar por un mundo pacífico puede generar distintas formas de mirar cómo lograr un mundo pacífico. Lo primero que debemos ver es el llamado a actuar, este actuar debe volverse a enumerar las acciones que personalmente cada uno practica para poder generar un mundo pacífico.
Comencemos, nuestro mundo, que pensamos, sentimos, con que nos emocionamos, observar que nos generan esas situaciones que ocurren a diario y como nos desenvolvemos en ello, cuáles son esas emociones que se activan en primera instancia, observándonos que nos hace sentir, cuales son las emociones que sentimos, ¿ira? ¿Tristeza? ¿Alegría? ¿Desesperanza? ¿Esperanza? ¿Sentimos tranquilidad o no?
Este sería un primer y gran paso porque mirarnos adentro es dónde está el verdadero trabajo para llegar a esa Paz que puede generar un mundo pacífico. ¿Por qué? porque siempre en cualquier instancia para generar un cambio el comienzo debe ser por nosotros mismos.

Lo que está fuera de nosotros, no lo podemos cambiar, encontramos muchas situaciones que no están al alcance de nuestras manos para generar un cambio, pero si podemos lograr un cambio de actitud a ese que no podemos controlar, esto por supuesto nos puede generar paz así estemos en cualquier situación.
El día a día de cada quien puede ser llevadero, puede ser estresante, puede ser con cantidades de situaciones que por ser humanos tiende a descontrolarnos. La economía, el ver cosas inalcanzables como una vivienda causa muchas distracciones en diferentes instancias, conlleva a sentir desesperanza. Mantener una actitud positiva hace la diferencia.
Por ello el trabajo individual para lograr la Paz es determinante.
Vivimos el mundo de la inmediatez, la competencia en todos los aspectos, olvidando algo que nuestro sistema social nos ha llevado a copiar modelos, nos ha enseñado que reflexionar no es poder o decir lo que verdaderamente sentimos, a veces nos cuestionan cuando no decimos lo que piensa un profesor o alguien que está al frente de un grupo compartiendo algo, así nos censuramos a nosotros mismos caminando al ritmo de las mayorías.

Tener un mundo pacífico es un andar de mucho tiempo, como seres humanos somos totalmente diferentes, esto hace que cada quien quiera poner su idea de primera ¿esto genera Paz? por supuesto que no, porque genera discusiones ¿entonces donde queda la Paz?
Para esto cada quien debe tener sus ratos de silencio, para encontrarse consigo mismo. Aprender a respirar de forma consciente para bajar el ritmo en ciertas situaciones y calmar la mente y el cuerpo. Aprender a escuchar antes de dar sus opiniones, hay personas que solo quieren que las escuchen. Entender que cada quien tiene su historia y a simple vista no sabemos qué ocurre en sus adentros. Caminar en situaciones desesperantes también colabora en bajar las intensidades en ciertas situaciones. Esto es de cada quien.
La pregunta es: ¿Cada Ser Humano está educado para ir dentro de si y observarse? ¿Aceptar que el cambio se genera primero en uno mismo antes de ver un mundo pacífico? ¿Llegar a niveles de aceptación para calmarse a sí mismo? ¿Asimilar que cuando un ser humano siente Paz en su interior puede sentir y generar Paz en su entorno?

We cannot change what is outside of us. We encounter many situations that are beyond our control to generate change, but if we can achieve a change of attitude toward those we cannot control, this can certainly bring us peace, no matter what the situation.
Each person's daily life can be bearable, it can be stressful, it can be filled with countless situations that, as humans, tend to unravel. The economy, seeing things like housing as unattainable, causes many distractions in different instances, and leads to feelings of hopelessness. Maintaining a positive attitude makes all the difference.
Therefore, individual work to achieve peace is crucial.
We live in a world of immediacy, competition in all aspects, forgetting something that our social system has led us to copy models. It has taught us that reflecting is not expressing or saying what we truly feel. Sometimes we are questioned when we don't say what a teacher or someone in front of a group is thinking when they share something. Thus, we censor ourselves by walking at the pace of the majority.

Having a peaceful world takes a long time. As human beings, we are totally different. This makes everyone want to put their own ideas first. Does this generate peace? Of course not, because it generates arguments. So where is peace?
For this, everyone must have their moments of silence, to find themselves. Learn to breathe consciously to slow down in certain situations and calm the mind and body. Learn to listen before giving your opinions; some people just want to be heard. Understand that everyone has their own story, and at first glance, we don't know what's going on inside.
