Orange beetle

On the tip of a simple green leaf, a small, bright orange beetle stood confidently. The sun shone gently, illuminating its tiny body. It was so beautiful when its tiny body caught the reflection of the sunlight, glowing like a small flame alive amidst the lush nature. The leaf it was perched on bore traces of old bites, a sign that life goes on and nature continues to turn.

The beetle stood there very calmly, not wavering, let alone panicking as I approached. It even played with its antennae and front legs for me. When it moved its front legs, I thought it was about to fly away. Instead, it remained there, just playing with its legs. Perhaps it was trying to entertain me. Before encountering this beetle, I had hunted several other insects in the area but had never found any. Perhaps that's why this beetle entertained me by moving its antennae up and down and raising one of its front legs in the air as if greeting a relative. It was a simple act, but it was enough to make me happy.
