Hasselt spiny spider

in Nature Observer7 days ago

Hello dear friends good afternoon.......

At the end of January we turn to the world of spider. Spiders are one of the unique animals I have ever encountered, animals that produce silk. Like the spider I met, it is designing a silk web to catch insects as food. This silk was not only used as a trap for enemies but was also used as a house. The silk is even used as a lifeline if they suddenly fall.

From this we can judge that spiders are one of the animals whose lives are very relaxed. No need to waste too much time looking for food. They simply design the trap net as best as possible. They don't make trap nets in random places, of course they will choose strategic places. Like the place chosen by Hasselt spiny spider. He built the net in an area filled with fresh weeds. Such areas are very popular with insects, especially mosquitoes and fly.

When exposed to soft sunlight, the beauty of this spider becomes even more prominent. The striking color and sharp spines make the appearance of this spider even more spectacular. To appear perfectly on the camera screen, of course it is supported by the right background. I was lucky to find this spider at the right time, the sunlight and background were very favorable so the spider looked perfect.
