Among the green leaves that hold the coolness of the morning, my eyes managed to catch a tiny creature standing gracefully on a blade of grass. It is a black-banded hoverfly with the scientific name asarkina porcina, one of the most beautiful flies from the syrphidae family. It is not alone there, they are in a group. Only the fly that I photographed perched quietly on the leaf, while the others were busy dancing in the air.
This fly is very beautiful, its slender body is bright orange decorated with black lines that look firm. Its long and slender legs are also orange and slightly black. A pair of tiny antennae are almost invisible, but they like to move. Don't forget a pair of transparent wings that are perfectly spread out. Look at those wings, they sparkle when hit by the reflection of sunlight. If you look closely, the wings are similar to fine stained glass, very beautiful. Moreover, there are fine veins decorating it, looking like a flowing river.
