On this nature observation trip, I discovered a small butterfly that was so beautiful and elegant, namely Everes lacturnus. This butterfly was perched quietly on a leaf, as if enjoying the tranquility of the afternoon. Its soft gray wings are decorated with symmetrical black spots, while orange accents near the wingtips add great visual interest.

This butterfly is not only attractive because of the beauty of its color, but also because of its small size and graceful movement. Even though the breeze was blowing, this butterfly remained, showing off its wings gently. I was lucky to be able to capture this moment in a macro photo that shows the details of its wings clearly.

The Everes lacturnus type is often found in natural areas, especially around bushes and grasslands. This habitat provides them with ideal food and shelter. When taking photos, I use a macro lens to capture every little detail that the naked eye often misses. In this image, I attempted to highlight the contrast between the delicate butterflies against the refreshing natural green background.
