Hello fellow bloggers.
I hope you are having a peaceful time.
Talking about peace reminds me of my place, my village.A village life always has a unique charm and serenity.A village life embraces simplicity, natural beauty and a strong sense of community. In comparison to urban life, village life has close connection to nature.People here have their own traditions and routines. People wake up with the sun, work in the fields and they have tradition of having domestic animals. They look after them as their own kids.
Life in a village is somehow slower than in urban areas and this slower pace reduces stress.People of village have healthy and fresh diets. They have hearty meals cooked with homegrown ingredients and when required they took a quiet walk through the fields inhaling fresh oxygen from lush green fields.
I am taking about the perks of having village life because i live here. I am having this refreshing beauty and peace that comes from living close to nature. Fews days ago i took a walk between the lush green fields and head towards our animal farm. The farm is located at the outskirts of village and has a very traditional structure.I take this walk once in a month or two and meet the animals there.
A small area outside the boundary wall of the farm has been enclosed and vegetables have been planted in it, with fencing around it.
This is eggplant and beside it there are chillies and tomatoes too.We use these vegetables for cooking purposes as they are fresh and homegrown.
As i entered the farm i saw a woman who works at our farmhouse. She was making dung cakes because she uses them to light a fire so she can cook food on it.
And on other side i saw a working man of farm who is giving oil to the cow . I ask him and he told me that oil is good for cows that is why he often treated the cows with oil.
There were hens wandering around and making noises and picking their food with the help of their sharp beaks. They were of different colours and of different species.
Cows were in huge amount there. Some of them are just standing idle. Some of them were staring at me so hard and some of them were enjoying their food. Look at the thing in front of them. They are wooden tables in which their food is dispersed.
Oho ! How can i forget to mention the guards of farm that were our dogs. They don’t even let the owners enter the farm. The moment they saw me they start barking and jumping . I was so afraid of them . I think they really don’t like that i paid a visit to them.
Next i located the tools that are giant and used in various works.First one were ladders of two different shapes. They were wooden in its texture.
Next comes the donkey cart . On it various material like food of cows is being carried through small distances.Children ride it so fondly and enjoys its ride.
Next comes the animal fodder which is used to chop animal food.It works in circulatory motion and only experts can use it well otherwise it can cause severe injury.
After this, I climbed the stairs and went upstairs. While going up, I captured a beautiful sunset that looked very beautiful and soothing. The building of this farm is also very traditional, just like the common farms in villages. Nothing is updated. It has not lost its original essence.
My eyes fell on a man who was working on the ground. It was so enjoyable to watch him. I kept watching him for a while, observing how he was working.
Beside this ground there was a house under construction.l and that was nicely built .
I saw the tractor in my farm too which the man was using in the ground so i took a picture of it.Unlike cars ,tractors make a lot of noise maybe due to its engine.
Then i entered the place where workers use to sleep on traditional beds known as “Charpatyi”. Also the doors and windows hold cultural sugnificance as they have typical structure.
I stepped out of this place and on the roof i found pigeons making sounds and having food. They are moving around their cage and fly from one position to another. Some were hiding in the inner cage made from bricks.
Then i took some photos of the farm from above and the weather there was nice too.I feel so refreshed and enjoyed the scenery from above.
As i mentioned earlier the farm was located at outskirts of village where there were railway tracks too . So, we often witness railways passing by.
I spend quite a lot time there and now it is time for me climb down the stairs because my mother was waiting for me downstairs.
Moving out i witness more dungcakes laying beside the tracks so that they get dry. Actually they are so cost friendly instead comes free of cost and are very usefull . Villagers use them to make fire from them and for other different purposes like gas making.
And from there i head back towards my home and i really enjoyed my this mini trip. And i hope you all liked it too.
Will come back with another village blog soon.
See you there.
Take care.
