Hi @erikah, congrats on a great 2024, taking away the positive, we make time to study and giving up some of the things we use to enjoy. for health wise, perhaps you can try intermittent fasting, I am doing 16-8, results aren't super fast and fascinating but the numbers on the weight scale does go down. Will be a little difficult to kick start but once your body get into the rhythm, it will be easier and soon the body will be adjusting to it. A great 2025 ahead!
