False promises

Many times we have told ourselves and others that we are going to do this or that thing and in the end we do not keep it. How many times have we promised ourselves that we are going to start exercising or eating better? How many times have we said that we are going to leave that toxic relationship? that it does not benefit us how many times we have said or thought that we are going to change and we are going to put more effort, but the problem is not saying it, the big problem is that we do not do it, we can go to the nutritionist, buy the diet and not comply with it, we can pay signing up to the gym and going only a couple of days a month and so it happens again and again every beginning of the year always putting off different things that we don't accomplish every Monday we tell ourselves that we are going to start a new diet or that we are going to get up earlier and that's how we spend our lives saying it but we don't do it

Now I try not to do it anymore I try to keep what I say because I have discovered that my unfulfilled word only hurts me because if we keep our word unconsciously I tell myself that I can not trust me that I will not achieve that I do not deserve that and that is when my self-esteem decreases and we tend to procrastinate in everything and that ends up becoming a vicious circle by not keeping our word, we not only betray others but ourselves because we lose credibility and we are not trustworthy, we must keep our promise. We must keep our word so that it is not an empty word and the necessary doors to grow open. Honesty and responsibility well fulfilled always attract blessings, but the greatest blessing we can have is that others give us their respect and trust.

All promises are just illusions that become reality only with our actions.
