Every Hive account owner can vote on as many Hive funding proposals as he or she wants to at any given time (unlike voting for Hive Witnesses which is limited to 30 at a time). 🤓

I think that if a person on Hive wants to vote on all funding proposals (which is impractical anyway), then he or she should not vote on the return proposal where all proposals under it won't get funded on a round (corresponding to an hour of funding). 🤔🤯😅

Sometimes, the most exciting part of the Hive Proposals list is the return proposal and the proposals just above and/or below it. 🤔🤯😅

Well, you mentioned the Return Proposal, and/or proposals both under and above it, which would seem to be all or more of the active proposals.

I meant the proposal right above the return proposal and the proposal right below it, since minor changes in votes on any of the three said proposals can make a currently-funded proposal get unfunded (for at least a round), and an active unfunded proposal get funded the next round. 🤯 I edited my previous comment to make it more precise. 😏

There are also inactive proposals, which are proposals that are either upcoming (such that people on Hive can already support it with votes before its first funding round) and ended/expired. 🤓
