I meant the proposal right above the return proposal and the proposal right below it, since minor changes in votes on any of the three said proposals can make a currently-funded proposal get unfunded (for at least a round), and an active unfunded proposal get funded the next round. 🤯 I edited my previous comment to make it more precise. 😏

There are also inactive proposals, which are proposals that are either upcoming (such that people on Hive can already support it with votes before its first funding round) and ended/expired. 🤓

If voting for a Hive funding proposal before it is active is not allowed (or allowed but only for as short as a day), then most Hive proposals would miss funding during the first few rounds (roughly 2 to 24 hours) because many people on Hive who want to support such proposals would not be online at the same hour (or day) a given proposal becomes active. 🤔🤯😅

I had no idea that voting for proposals was only open for short periods. I've never noticed that when I've voted. They usually say how many days that they have to receive funding. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Right now, there isn't any upcoming proposal here on Hive. 🤔🤯
