Introducción
Hablemos desde Ecency, es un espacio creado para la comunidad hispanohablante, en el Discord de Ecency, donde conversamos a través de un AMA, sobre diferentes puntos relacionados con Hive, Ecency, criptomonedas y otros temas de interés para la comunidad de Ecency y Hive en general.

Saludos, comunidad, queremos comunicarle que el día de ayer realizamos el cuarto encuentro de Hablemos desde Ecency, en el chat en español del Discord de la comunidad. El AMA, tuvo un total de 14 integrantes y había personas de Cuba, Estados Unidos, Colombia y Venezuela.
Como siempre, empezamos pocas personas, pero posteriormente se fueron sumando diferentes compañeros y compañeras a la actividad.

En el AMA, tocamos los siguientes puntos:
- Hablamos del pago que reciben los realizadores de contenido en Hive y de cómo se divide el mismo.
- Hablamos de la importancia del HP en nuestras cuentas y de cómo ayudarlo a crecer.
- Hablamos de la delegación de HP a Ecency y de cómo se reciben las recompensas y lo que podemos hacer con ella.
- Hablamos de la quema de tokens Helio por compra de votos.
-Hablamos del Hive-SBI como proceso de inversión y de ayuda para crecer en Hive. - Hablamos de la delegación de HP, del interés compuesto.
- Se habló de los front que tienen algunas comunidades como #Ecency #Archon, #Neoxian, #Waivio.
- Se comentó, aunque de manera muy breve, la importancia del Staking.
Un cambio importante en el AMA:
En este cuarto AMA, hubo mayor participación de preguntas y comentarios, y como resultado de esos comentarios, la comunidad participante nos indicó cuáles eran las necesidades que tenían y los tutoriales, que ellos desean que se realicen, para dar respuesta a sus expectativas.
Otro punto importante, al que se llegó con el intercambio que tuvimos con la comunidad, es que a partir de este AMA, el tema que se tocará en los AMA, los propondrá la misma comunidad, para así dar respuesta a sus necesidades y expectativas.
Una sorpresa para los participantes :
Ayer en el AMA, hubo sorpresa agradables para los participantes por parte de nuestros patrocinadores:
- La primera: fue que @melinda010100, le envío 100 Puntos de Ecency a cada uno de los participantes en el AMA.
- La segunda: es que gracias al patrocinio de @MundoVirtual, se hizo una iniciativa, donde uno de los participantes ganó 500 Token Hueso.

Debido a que muchos compañeros de la red no pueden estar presentes en el AMA, por problemas de conexión y horario. Y atendiendo la solicitud de la comunidad grabaremos el Ama y lo colocaremos en el post de resumen que realizamos al día siguiente.

Invitación al próximo AMA:
El próximo jueves es 01 de Mayo, el día internacional de los trabajadores. Como es día festivo, no queremos colocar el AMA sin la aprobación de la comunidad, por ese motivo, realizaremos una encuesta en el Discord en Español de Ecency, y haremos el AMA si la comunidad lo aprueba.
Pero de parte de los moderadores, puedo decir que estamos dispuestos a realizar el AMA sin ningún problema.
Si la comunidad, aprueba el AMA para el Primero de Mayo, lo haremos tocando el tema solicitado, que es el Staking dentro de la red Hive y su funcionamiento en HP y en las diferentes comunidades y se responderán las preguntas y temas que se realicen en el Discord en Español de Ecency, como se hizo en el AMA de ayer.
El AMA Hablemos desde Ecency, de aprobarse en la encuesta se realizará a las 8 de la noche del día jueves Primero de Mayo, hora de Venezuela. Te invitamos a participar.
Del mismo modo, les invitamos a participar en el Discord en español de Ecency, donde podrán obtener, información, ayuda y apoyo, sobre todo lo refrente a Ecency, en nuestro idioma.

Greetings, community, we want to inform you that yesterday we held the fourth meeting of Hablemos desde Ecency, in the Spanish chat of the community Discord. The AMA had a total of 14 members and there were people from Cuba, the United States, Colombia and Venezuela.
As always, we started with a few people, but later different colleagues joined the activity.

At the AMA, we touched on the following points:
- We talked about the payment that content creators receive in Hive and how it is divided.
- We talked about the importance of HP in our accounts and how to help it grow.
- We talked about HP delegation to Ecency and how the rewards are received and what we can do with it.
- We talked about the burning of Helium tokens for vote buying.
-We talked about Hive-SBI as an investment process and help to grow in Hive. - We're talking about HP delegation, compound interest.
- We talked about the front that some communities have like #Ecency #Archon, #Neoxian, #Waivio.
- The importance of staking was commented, although very briefly.
An important change in the AMA:
In this AMA room, there was a greater participation of questions and comments, and as a result of those comments, the participating community indicated to us what the needs were that they had and the tutorials, that they want to be made, to respond to their expectations.
Another important point, which was reached with the exchange we had with the community, is that from this AMA, the topic that will be touched on in the AMAs, will be proposed by the same community, in order to respond to their needs and expectations.
A surprise for the participants:
Yesterday at the AMA, there was pleasant surprise for the participants by our sponsors:

Due to the fact that many colleagues from the network cannot be present at the AMA, due to connection and schedule problems. And in response to the request of the community we will record the Ama and we will place it in the summary post that we made the next day.

Invitation to the next AMA:
Next Thursday is May 01, the international workers' day. As it is a holiday, we do not want to place the AMA without the approval of the community, for that reason, we will conduct a survey on the Ecency Spanish Discord, and we will do the AMA if the community approves it.
But on behalf of the moderators, I can say that we are ready to perform the AMA without any problems.
If the community approves the AMA for the First of May, we will do it by touching on the requested topic, which is Staking within the Hive network and its operation in HP and in the different communities and the questions and topics that are made in the Ecency Spanish Discord will be answered, as was done in yesterday's AMA.
The AMA Let's talk from Ecency, if approved in the survey will be held at 8 pm on Thursday, May First, Venezuela time. We invite you to participate.
