This was one of the topics we discussed at work today, I actually have a very thin physical appearance so most persons think I don't eat enough and that's not actually the case. I actually eat healthy, a little bit if junk here and there but it's never a most and I drink plenty of water to hydrate myself.
I tell most persons, even if you haven't eaten at and you are feeling hungry, just drink a cup of water, it helps alot.
