Hello ladies, @ladiesofhive
Am so happy to be back here, health and hearty. It's been a while, I have been off this page for some months.
I couldn't help but have to answer the clarion call of motherhood. I'm coming back here with good news because I just welcomed my first baby girl after two boys.
Am so grateful to God for seeing me through this period. It was a time so challenging, but i appreciate every bit of it because God was with me, and His mercies saw me through.

I can remember a few months ago when i joined Hive, i was heavily pregnant, and my quest to find something i would do while at home nursing my baby was what introduced me to Hive.
So, for this weeks prompt, I am going to be answering question one(Do you prefer working from home or going to the office? Why?)
For this contest i will be answering this question using my present reality.
Working from home is the best option for a nursing mother, because at this present stage i need more flexibility and comfort in my work space, which will help me balance both taking care of my baby, family, and work.
I cant imagine how it will sound and how frustrating it could be if i dont work from home at this present stage, preparing two toddlers for school, and there after preparing myself and my baby to work, hmmmmmm!!! this could take the whole morning hours. i can't even imagine the stress i will encounter trying to meet up with work hours timing, clocking in and clocking out of the work premises, and running the road with my baby every day.

Working from home, even when i have deadlines to meet, but in a well structured home plan, work is a bit easier, pressures that comes with the presence of the boss are reduced, because i will have more support and as well stay close to monitor my children.
I can't even talk about the redicle and frustration most mothers encounter when searching for jobs because most employers have this notion that a nursing mother can't work effectively to deliver on deadlines, but most of them fail to structure their work space to suit the different stages of life.
In the country like mine, where most employers has the notion of draining every energy in knowledge, psychological, physical, emotional and even financially, working from one is the best option because it will minimise spending especially on transportation and as such one will be able to save.
At this stage, working from home is what works for me. Because it will help create that balance between my home, my work and even my personal development.
Thank you, @jane1289 for coming up with this topic for me, so share my experiences
Thanks for stopping by my blog, @pascalukandy.
