Hello, beautiful people! Welcome to my blog. It's a pleasure to have you in this space. Once again, welcome 🤗

Having a house that is surrounded by nature, a place where I can plant fresh organic vegetables and fruits and also enjoy the fresh air, has always been one of my dreams. Unfortunately for me, the place I stay currently doesn't allow me to fully pursue this dream. As a renter, the caretaker of the house has restricted all tenants from planting crops or rearing or keeping any kind of animals, which is kind of frustrating with the kind of space we have. But to an extent I have managed to plant water leaves in my backyard, which I use to make soup sometimes.
For me, having a garden is far beyond just a hobby; instead, it's a way for me to stay connected with nature and also take full control of what I eat. Most of the vegetables we get from the market have chemicals being used on them. We have heard news of family members dying from food poisoning as a result of food they ate that had some of these chemicals in it.

It would really be nice harvesting fresh veggies from my own garden. Just having the thought of harvesting fresh produce from my own backyard is exhilarating. I can't count how many times I have envisioned myself strolling through my garden, picking up fresh veggies and fruits, harvesting corn, yams, sweet potatoes, and also some fragrant herbs, while using them to make delicious meals for my family.
When I eventually own my own home in the near future, having a garden will be a top priority because there's a lot to benefit from it. I will not only grow my own food, but I will also be able to have control over the use of pesticides and other chemicals often used in most commercial farming, plus I will save a lot of money on groceries. And let's not forget how therapeutic gardening is.
Having a house with a garden will definitely be a dream come true.
THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END 🤗
