Have you ever celebrated a tradition with other people that isn't your own? If so, tell us about it. If not, would you consider it, and which festival would you choose as your first experience?
I've never celebrated any traditions other than the ones I know. I don't really have any of my own. I've never had these kinds of experiences. I lost interest a long time ago in learning more about what they're like or what people do.
I used to have the desire to celebrate one, but now I'm not interested anymore. The only time I'd be interested again would be with someone I really care about, but I know that hasn't happened yet either.
To fill this in, I'll share something, since it's not a tradition, I think. My best friend invites me to her house for lunch every year because it's her town's festival, which is fun because we spend more time together and some really funny things happen.
Once, she was pouring me a drink, but as soon as she poured it, she spilled it all over my shirt. Someone lent me a new one, and I went to the bathroom to change and dry off. Everything was fine, but when I came out, her dad offered me a beer to help me get over being so angry about getting wet. I ended up refusing because I don't drink alcohol.
From that day on, I remember what happened with fondness and amusement. Although, the last time I went to her house for a special occasion, she almost spilled something on me again. It would have been funny if she had actually spilled it on me; it would have been another memorable moment, even if it sounds strange.
If your family celebrated any holidays when you were a child, do you still have any decorations, ornaments, or ritual objects they used in your childhood? If so, what is it and what does it mean to you?
I've never celebrated any kind of holiday. I only have a vague understanding of holidays because I don't really know what they are or how they're celebrated. I only know the basics, or sometimes I know absolutely nothing at all, but this is due to my own experiences.
Since I was little, my family has never celebrated any kind of holiday. This is mainly because we used these dates to sell things. I spent most of my time helping out with the business, selling some kind of product.
It wasn't that it was a bad thing, but I understood that it's something necessary to live more comfortably and to alleviate other worries in our daily lives, which is much more necessary than celebrating a holiday.
For me, they were more like ordinary days than anything else because I knew that they were days to work, even during vacations. I didn't rest; I was there helping out because, despite being little, there were tasks I couldn't complete on my own.
I won't deny that I really want to celebrate some holiday, but it would be with people I love very much. If someone I don't know or barely know invited me, it would depend on whether I accepted or not, but most likely it would be a no. Even though I'd like to be with people I feel comfortable with and not in an environment where I end up feeling tense and can't enjoy anything...

¿Alguna vez has celebrado con otras personas una tradición que no es la tuya? Si es así, cuéntanos. Si no, ¿lo considerarías y qué festividad elegirías como tu primera experiencia?
Nunca he celebrado alguna tradición ajena a las que conozco incluso propia realmente no hay ninguna, este tipo de experiencias nunca las he llegado a vivir, desde hace mucho tiempo le perdí el interés de poder saber un poco más como serian o que se harían.
Antes si tenía la ilusión de poder celebrar una, pero en la actualidad ya no me interesa, el único interés que llegaría nuevamente hacerlo sería con alguna persona que quiera mucho para hacerlo, pero sé que tampoco me ha llegado a suceder.
Para no dejar tan vacío esto voy a contar algo porque no es una tradición creo, mi mejor amiga me invita cada año a comer a su casa porque es la fiesta de su pueblo, el cual es divertido porque pasamos más tiempo juntos y llegan a suceder cosas muy divertidas.
En una ocasión me estaba sirviendo, pero en cuanto me sirvió el refresco me termino mojando mi playera, ya me prestaron una y me metí al baño a cambiarme y secarme, todo fue bien pero cuando salí su papa me ofreció una cerveza para que se me quitara el coraje de que me mojo, termine rechazando porque no tomo alcohol.
A partir de ese día se recuerda con cariño y diversión lo que sucedió, aunque la última vez que fui a su casa por una ocasión especial casi me vuelve a tirarme algo, aunque sería divertido si realmente me lo hubiera tirado, seria sumar otro momento más para recordar con cariño, aunque puede que les suene extraño.
Si tu familia celebraba alguna festividad cuando eras niño, ¿conservas algún adorno, decoración u objeto ritual que usaran en tu infancia? De ser así, ¿cuál es y qué significado tiene para ti?
Nunca festeje ningún tipo de festividad, solo tengo la noción de algunas cosas con las festividades porque no realmente como son o como se celebran, solo sé lo que está por encima o hasta algunas ocasiones realmente nos nada de nada, pero esto es debido a cosas que viví.
Desde pequeño mi familia nunca ha celebrado ningún tipo de festividad es debido principalmente porque en estas fechas se aprovechábamos para poder vender cosas, me la pasaba mi mayor parte del tiempo ateniendo el negocio que se hacía para ir a vender algún tipo de producto.
No es que fuera algo malo, si no que entendí que es algo necesario de hacer para poder estar viviendo de una forma mucho más cómoda y quitarse otro tipo de preocupaciones dentro de nuestros día a día que es mucho más necesario por necesidad que estar celebrando alguna festividad.
Para mí era más días normales que de algún otro tipo porque ya sabía que son días que se trabajaban incluso dentro de las vacaciones no descansaba, estaba ahí ayudando porque a pesar de ser pequeño había tareas que no podía completar por mi cuenta yo solito.
No negare que luego me dan muchas ganas de poder celebrar alguna festividad, pero sería con personas que quiero mucho, pero si me invitara alguien desconocido o poco que conozco dependería si aceptaría o no, pero lo más probablemente es un no debido a que a pesar de que me gustaría que fuera con personas con quien me siento cómodo y no estar en un ambiente donde me termine sintiendo tenso el cual no pueda disfrutar de nada.
