Before I lost my roommate to cancer a year ago we chose carefully foods that didn't have known carcinogenic ingredients and prepared meals at home as much as possible. Yet she was still diagnosed with an aggressive cancer though there had been no history in her family of it. Cancer can occur in anyone, and there are varying factors, but always be diligent in our health.
