Education plays an important role, once achieved working together takes us further, no place for doubting oneself . It's always a pleasure growing with confidence, opportunities are opening to many more positions in the workforce.
There really is no reason for woman not to be able to be successful, unless she herself is not confident in decisions she made.

There really is no reason. Especially if one has an already set out goals and objectives, being motivated with focus. Although sometimes it may take a bit of time for us to get to where we want to be.

Life changes all the time, when we were young having children I already held secretary position with directors in a company working ten years approximately. After children were born had to start building again, taking four years off was my decision to give sons the best early years being home!
Now those breaks can be used to educate further online we did not have, preparing a career path of your selection being more settled.
Now ladies are given extended leave, even fathers get time off on arrival of a child into the home, yes constant change, we must carry on pushing our goals forward.

Waoh! 10 good years in a row. Just like my first ever job with Mandilas Enterprises, a Greek company that deals on automobiles where I also worked as a Customer Relations/ Secretary for about 10 years too, my boss then a British.
Times has really changed lots of things. Yes! The Millennium somehow did not really favor a lot of us especially during motherhood.
These days fathers even have paternal leave. This 21st century certainly is everything. So much more opportunities for achievable goals.
