I hear people say “age is just a number” all the time — and honestly, when you hear a 50-year-old man saying it, it really sound funny. Because… sir, you are old!
But the truth is, I actually agree with the statement. Age really is a mindset.
We are not even supposed to be thinking of our age in the first place because we were created with the ability to live forever.....yea.

So,if you’re 50 and you constantly remind yourself that you’re old, then you will feel old. And you will keep doing the things old people do.
But if you’re 30 and still feel like someone in your early 20s, then that’s your reality.
Please do don't misunderstand me, ageing gracefully is a beautiful thing, adding more years to your current age is a whole lot.. wisdom, experience and lessons from life.

My mum is an example of aging at heart. Sometimes i tease her, but i am impressed by how she is ageing.
I’m in my late 20s and honestly I don’t feel old at all.
My younger sister reminded me some days back that I am getting older soon.
Half the time, I still feel like a teenager. I love having fun, laughing, exploring, and doing the things that keep me young at heart.

Although, my country people often look down on people with small stature and people who dress younger than their age. But honestly, that doesn't bother me. I am very okey with being in an 18 years old girls suit in my heart untill I am in my 50.

Running a beauty salon has really proved that age is really a number and that age truly lives in the mind. Every week I attend to women of different ages who come in to enhance their beauty and take care of themselves. They refuse to feel old.

Late 20s and late 50s.
Just last week, I did a gel nail set for a granny in her late 60s — and the way she was carring herself, admiring her nails and even taking pictures filled me with so much joy And it made me smile. She’s living proof that youthfulness starts from within.
I personally feel younger every day, and I pray for strength, energy, and good health to keep it that way.
So to answer the question:
No — I don’t feel older for my age. Not even a little.
