Hi!
I seldom get bored because I genuinely love living a happy life. Over the years, I’ve learned that happiness is not something that arrives on its own. It is something that we cultivate, protect and practice. In this pursuit, I try to keep my head cool and avoid worrying about the negative things that might disturb my inner peace. Life brings storms for everyone but I choose not to let those storms settle inside me.
Of course, I am a human being. There are moments when I feel anxious, dull or weighed down by thoughts I cannot fully explain. When such moments arrive, I turn to the one remedy that never fails me and that is music. Listening to the good music is my favourite way to relax. It feels like a private sanctuary, a safe haven where the world cannot reach me.
Music is not just sound- it is vibration, energy and movement of life. As string theory suggests, everything in the universe is made of vibrating strings and perhaps that is why music resonates so deeply with us. When I listen to a melody, I feel as if the atoms of my body begin to vibrate in harmony with it, shaking off the heaviness of the day and make me feel happy. A good song can lift my mood, calm my mind and remind me that life still has beauty hidden in its corners.
Apart from music, I sometimes read books or wander through the endless maze of social media. Books give me knowledge and perspective while social media gives me distraction and entertainment. Both have their place in my life, depending on what my mind needs at the particular moment.
And when nothing works, when boredom becomes too much to handle and when thoughts become too loud, I simply sleep. A sound sleep is the perfect remedy for almost everything. It resets the mind, refreshes the body and wipes away the dust that life leaves on the soul. After a good sleep, the world feels lighter, kinder and easier to face.
In the end, my approach to life is simple - stay calm, stay curious and stay connected to the small things that bring joy. Happiness is not a destination; it is a daily practice, and as long as I keep practicing, I know I will continue to live with a peaceful heart and a clear mind.
Thank you and have a great weekend! Have a wonderful and happy life!
