It is good to eat healthy and stay that way. I've had a life long battle with food, and I do pretty well most of the time, but when time is short and I've not enough of it to actually cook and do all the things I need to do, it is so easy to fall back on the not so healthy stuff. Someday, when I don't have to work anymore, I intend to stick to the healthy 7 days a week and not just the 4 I am not at work.
