Ever since I was a child, color has been my expertise. I love incorporating color into everything, whether it's my home, my wardrobe, or even my hair! (I have dyed it every single color except black). In today's day and age of bland and dull (and of course, the dreaded beige core), it is of utmost importance to bring some color back into our boring world.
Desde niña, el color ha sido mi especialidad. Me encanta incorporar color a todo, ya sea en mi casa, mi armario o incluso en mi pelo. (Me lo he teñido de todos los colores excepto el negro). En la era actual, de tonos apagados y monótonos (y, por supuesto, con el temido beige), es fundamental devolverle el color a nuestro aburrido mundo.
My style has always consisted of color, in one manner or another. Sometimes it is as simple as dotting the outfit with my rainbow scarf and holographic backpack. Other times, I will incorporate color into my entire ensemble.
I will never forget the time I wore a checkered shirt, galaxy pants, rainbow shoes, and leather jacket, and my friend said to me, "Wow, you sure have a lot of clashing styles! 😅 It might be a bit much on the eyes..."
Mi estilo siempre ha estado basado en el color, de una forma u otra. A veces es tan simple como añadirle toques de color a mi atuendo con mi bufanda arcoíris y mi mochila holográfica. Otras veces, incorporo color a todo mi conjunto.
Nunca olvidaré la vez que me puse una camisa de cuadros, pantalones galácticos, zapatos arcoíris y una chaqueta de cuero, y mi amiga me dijo: "¡Guau, qué estilos tan contrastantes tienes! 😅 Quizás sea un poco exagerado..."
Today, I am a mother (technically a 30-year-old grandmother to my daughter-in-law and her baby 😂), so I try to dress modestly while still staying true to my style. Outfits typically consist of simple dresses, shorts and t-shirts, oversized sweaters, cool jackets, with hats and backpacks to accessorize. I always wear my crucifix necklace before going outside. I also model for my husband from time to time, he is a photographer, so every now and then I'll order a really cool outfit online! 😁
Hoy soy madre (técnicamente, abuela de 30 años de mi nuera y su bebé 😂), así que intento vestir con modestia, pero siempre fiel a mi estilo. Suelo llevar vestidos sencillos, pantalones cortos y camisetas, suéteres anchos, chaquetas chulas, sombreros y mochilas como complemento. Siempre me pongo mi crucifijo antes de salir. También poso de modelo para mi marido de vez en cuando; es fotógrafo, así que de vez en cuando encargo un conjunto chulísimo por internet. 😁
