Hey everyone! Happy start to the week! June is here, and of course, the first thing on my mind is Hive Power Up Day! It's a moment in my #MyHiveGoals journey to accelerate our annual goals on this network. A few things have led me to make some rather drastic decisions these past two weeks. One was that, due to my teaching activities, I've been less active on the network, and the other was that I decided to invest a good portion of my liquid Hives in an event for the Splinterlands NFT project. These are obstacles along the way, challenges that test our determination, so as we begin the sixth month of the year, let's see how far we've come.

Let's start by evaluating the price of Hive today, which has dropped again from $0.07 seven days ago to $0.061 at the time of my June power up. A week ago, when I had my Hives in cash, I was closely monitoring price fluctuations, looking for the best moment to convert them to HBD and lock them in to generate dividends with that 12% APR. But circumstances seem to indicate that this is going to be a long, very long, bear market period, so now that I've decided to invest those Hives in a Splinterlands project, I feel liberated and I'm no longer worried about whether the price goes up or down.
Hive/HP
Today, as you know, is #HPUD, a community event where we lock in at least 10 Hives to increase our voting power and influence within the blockchain. It's a moment I take advantage of to accelerate my annual HP goals and try to reach my target faster. This time, I did an 11-Hive power-up; I didn't lock in more because I'm now just short of the number of Hives needed for the daily power-ups.

Speaking of daily power-ups, just yesterday we completed what would be the Hive Power-Up Month, or #HPUM, although we no longer receive the badges and I believe we also don't receive the delegations for those who completed the challenge. In any case, while it would be desirable for these rewards to return, our goal with these power-ups is to reach our target of 12,000 HP this year, and in this context, we achieved an important milestone this past week: reaching 10,000 HP! As I've mentioned in previous posts, my rewards remain 50% Hive and 50% HP by default. I convert that 50% of liquid Hive into HBD to continue increasing my savings in this stablecoin.

Compared to last week, we generated 138 HP, bringing our total to 10,000 HP. It's been a long journey since we started, and reaching 10,000 HP seemed like a huge goal, but today it's a reality. However, this is not the end of the road; we still need 2K more HP for our 2026 goal, and we have 7 full months left, so we are quite comfortable despite the fluctuations in Hive's price.
HBD Savings
Our next goal, and the one that has become the most challenging so far this year, is my HBD savings. Since our rewards for posting and interacting are now in Hive and HP, we have to exchange what we receive in Hive Liquid for HBD and lock it up to build our stash, which after two years has already reached 2,000 HBD.
This week we generated 7,355 HBD, just a few tenths more than last week. Adding to the 2008 HBD I had blocked, we have a grand total of 2015.59 HBD. We're making good progress, but it's definitely an uphill challenge to reach 2300 HBD by the end of this year.
Now, with 2,000 HBD accumulated, we're generating between 4.5 and 4.7 HBD weekly in interest. Considering we have two weeks left before we can collect that accrued interest, we'd have approximately 18.4 HBD to collect. Projecting this to the end of June, we'll have accumulated, hopefully, over 2,050 HBD. If we maintain this rate of gains, then our goal of 2,300 HBD becomes very achievable.
Well, friends, that was my weekly report on my liquid Hives. I invested them in this Splinterlands card. It's part of an event the game is offering in collaboration with the Electroneum network. This is a bimodal card that has uses in ranked mode and also a unique use in the game's virtual lands, which is why I decided to buy it. Its main advantage is that, in addition to activating our plot, it generates a completely new token: EVP, which allows us to buy exclusive chests, including the Electroneum network currency (ETN). It's a way to diversify what our plots produce, now adding the top-layer token ETN. Que tal comunidad! Feliz inicio de semana, ya comenzamos el mes de Junio y por supuesto lo primero en lo que pienso es en el Hive Power Up Day! Es un momento dentro del viaje que es #MyHiveGoals para acelerar nuestras metas metas anuales en esta red. Varias cosas me han hecho tomar decisiones un tanto drásticas estas ultimas 2 semanas, una de ellas era que como consecuencia de mis actividades docentes me he alejado un poco de interactuar en la red y la segunda es que decidí invertir una buena parte de mis Hives líquidos en un evento del proyecto NFT Splinterlands. Son obstáculos en el camino, desafíos que ponen aprueba nuestra determinación, así que justo cuando vamos a comenzar el sexto mes del año veamos cuanto hemos recorrido hasta ahora.

Comencemos evaluando el precio de Hive al día de hoy que nuevamente bajo de 0,07$ hace 7 días a 0.061$ al momento en el que hice mi power up de Junio. Hace una semana atrás cuando tenía mis Hives líquidos estaba muy atento a las fluctuaciones del precio, buscando el momento más conveniente para cambiarlos a HBD y bloquearlos para generar dividendos con ese 12% de APR. Pero las circunstancias parecen indicar que este va a ser un periodo largo, muy largo de mercado bajista, por lo que ahora que decidí invertir esos Hives en un proyecto de Splinterlands me siento liberado y ya no me preocupa si sube o baja el precio.

Hoy como saben es el #HPUD, un evento de comunidad donde bloqueamos al menos 10 Hives para incrementar nuestro poder de voto e influencia dentro de la blockchain. Es un momento que aprovecho para acelerar mis metas anuales en cuanto a HP, y tratar de alcanzar mi meta más rápido. En esta ocasión hice un power up de 11 Hives, no bloqueé más porque ahora si me estoy quedando justo con la cantidad de Hives para hacer los power up Diarios.

Y hablando de Power ups todos los días, justo ayer completamos lo que sería el Hive Power Up Month o #HPUM, aunque ya no recibimos las insignias y creo que tampoco las delegaciones a los que completamos el desafío. En cualquier caso aunque sería deseable que volvieran estas recompensas, nuestro objetivo con estos power ups es lograr nuestra meta de 12000 HP este año, y en este contexto hemos logrado un objetivo importante esta semana que terminó y fue haber alcanzado los 10000 HP! Como he mencionado en post anteriores mis recompensas siguen por defecto en 50% Hive y 50% HP, ese 50% de Hive líquido lo transformo en HBD para seguir incrementando mis ahorros en esta stablecoin.

Comparando con la semana pasada generamos 138 HP para consolidar los 10K de HP fue un viaje largo desde que empezamos y parecía una meta enorme alcanzar los 10K pero ya hoy es una realidad. Sin embargo este no es el final del camino, aún nos faltan 2K en HP para nuestra meta de este 2026 y nos faltan 7 meses completos así que vamos bastante cómodos a pesar de las fluctuaciones que ha sufrido el precio de Hive.
Ahorros HBD
Nuestra siguiente meta y la que se ha convertido en la más cuesta arriba en lo que va de año son mis ahorros de HBD. Debido que ahora nuestras recompensas por publicar e interactuar son en Hive y HP tenemos que cambiar lo que recibimos en Hive líquido para conseguir HBD y bloquearlos para alimentar nuestro alijo que después de 2 años ya alcanza los 2000 HBD.
Esta semana generamos 7.355 HBD, apenas unas decimas extra de HBD en comparación a la semana pasada. Sumado a los 2008 HBD que tenía bloqueados, tenemos un gran total de 2015.59 HBD, llevamos un buen ritmo pero es sin duda un reto cuesta arriba llegar a los 2300 HBD para finales de este año.
Ahora con 2K de HBD acumulados, estamos generando entre 4,5 a 4,7 de HBD semanalmente con los intereses, si consideramos que nos quedan 2 semanas antes de poder recoger esos intereses generados, tendríamos aproximadamente 18.4 HBD para recoger y si lo proyectamos a finales de este mes de Junio habremos acumulado con suerte, más 2050 HBD. Si mantenemos este ritmo de ganancias, entonces nuestra meta de 2300 HBDs se hace muy posible de completar.
Bien amigos este fue mi reporte semanal, sobre mis Hives líquidos, los invertí en esta carta de Splinterlands. Forma parte de un evento que nos trae el juego como una colaboración con la red de Electroneum. Se trata de una carta Bi modal que tiene usos en el modo de juego ranked y también tiene un uso particular y único en las tierras virtuales del juego y que fue la razón por la que decidí comprar esta carta. Su gran ventaja es que además de activar nuestra parcela genera un token completamente nuevo: EVP, que nos permiten comprar cofres exclusivos, incluyendo la moneda de la red Electroneum (ETN). Es una forma de diversificar lo que produce nuestras parcelas, sumando ahora el token de primera capa ETN, aún estoy reuniendo para una compra masiva de estos cofres, cuando ya tenga una buena cantidad les compartiré el balance de ganancias en un futuro reporte.
