Blessed Sunday wonderful community of @foodiesbeehive, hello everyone it's been a while. After a month of holidays my kids told me to cooked spaghetti again. But this time I want to make it different. Because money is tight we need to cooked food according to what is at home or according to our budget. And this what's only on our stock
Ingredients
Elbow Macaroni
Spaghetti sauce
Tomato sauce
Red bell pepper
Carrots
Pork cubes
Mushroom in can
Cooking oil
Fish sauce
Seasoning
Onion
Garlic
Water
Sugar
Procedure
Wash and cut the ingredients needed, boil the Elbow Macaroni until aldente or firm. I also put and cooking oil so it will not stick together. I told my kids when I was young I love to eat the elbow macaroni as it. I mean after boiling I'll drain it and put margarine and iodize salt then eat it as it. My kids saw me eating it like a child 😂.
In a pan or a non stick pan put cooking oil, saute onions, garlic, mushroom, red bell pepper and carrots mixed it all together. Then I also put 2 tablespoon of fish sauce, knor cubes too. The truth is we don't if the knor cubes is pork or beef 😅, because I just asked my niece to bring us broth cubes. Then I put the spaghetti and tomato sauce a little bit of water I rinse it on the pouch of the sauces. Maybe 1/2 cup and mixed all the ingredients. My kids prefer it sweet so I put two tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of pepper and seasoning to taste.
And that's it I'm already done with my simple and easy elbow macaroni spaghetti 🍝. I know that the sauce will be enough but because it's elbow type I want to taste more of the natural pasta 🤤. So even I already mixed them all together I let my kids decide if they want to put more. For me this is the advantage of cooking the stuff that what's only inside the house and not forcing to buy even needed too. We can create a new and simple dish.
Thank you so much for reading😊
Much love, @usagigallardo015
