Making Ice cream without a machine takes a lot of patience, hehe. I put mine in plastic trays in the individual freezer, and it may take 12-14 hours. However, I use rice instead of heavy cream; perhaps the fat in the heavy cream makes the ice cream both creamier and slower to solidify.

I love your recipe 😍 Heavy cream and coconut cream is a bomb, haha. So tasty!
