Shami kebab is one of the most important cultural and traditional foods in my society. The beauty of this dish is that it may be used at any time. You may eat it at breakfast, in the evening, during lunch, dinner, or at any other time.

Before we go into the ingredients and the instructions for how the food is made. I'd like to talk about how important it is and why it's our traditional food.

Shami kebab is a round-shaped kebab made with eight to nine ingredients that are delicious.

In my society, practically every home prepares this food, which is then placed in the refrigerator to freeze until it is needed.

These meals are eaten at home with rice, and they are also presented to visitors in the evening or at any other time; this is the primary reason why this cuisine is now considered one of our best cultural foods, with a significant role in our food recipes.

The beautiful thing about this cuisine is that it is both healthy and flavorful. It comprises meat, yellow lentils, green chile, mixed masalas, garlic, onions, eggs, and a variety of spices.

When all of them mix together, they are molded into a round kebab, which is then fried in a frying pan to produce the original Kebab.

Now let's discuss about the ingredients. What ingredients will you need to cook this kebab?

First, you'll need beef, yellow lentils, coriander, onions, mixed masala, green chili, garlic, eggs, and potatoes.

Now let's talk about how Shami Kebab is made.

First of all, you need to grind the meat and make it in the form of Qeema, After that, you need to boil the potatoes and lentils so that it becomes soft.

In the other plate, you will cut the onions in small pieces and again you will pass it inside the grinder machine so that to grind it well.

When it's done, what you will do is you will mix the potatoes, lentils, meat, Onions and other masalas and keep on mixing all of them.

When all of them get mixed well, the next step is that you will make these kebabs in a round shape as you can see in the picture.

You may use this at any moment because it is currently in the form of raw kebab.

A large number of people prepare a large quantity of kebabs, perhaps 60 to 70, and then store them in the refrigerator.

The kebab will be ready for you in only one fry after it has been frozen and removed from the refrigerator for the necessary time.

After adding some oil, place the frying pan on the stove.

Subsequently, combine the uncooked kebab and the egg mixture, then place in a frying pan and allow to cook.

When the color of the kebab has changed and turned a light golden hue, it is time to remove it, and the dish is ready to serve and eat.
