I often say that I love the spring season. The snow cover stays on the ground for 5-6 months throughout the year. It is very difficult to exercise in these difficult conditions. So I am not feeling very well during this period. Approximately 5-10 kg of mass increase occurs in my body. Starting from the 2nd month of spring, the snow begins to melt. Exactly the conditions I want are provided for exercising. Like most people in the city, I head towards the mountains. I exercise in harsh conditions, immersed in the snow, over rough mountains, and through stream waters.

I did my first mountain hike of the year last week. I went with my friend and it took about 3.5 hours. This time we decided to go with the off-road vehicle L200 Mitsubishi and we had another friend with us. It's a pretty powerful tool. Stone, rock, water, stream continue on its way without rest. However, there was something that did not count. The water network of the city is located in the area we are going to. For this reason, municipal construction machines clean the roads in this region in March and April. This time they had cleared the road almost halfway. So we had to walk. Actually, it was good to walk. Even though I feel tired while writing this article, my body needed such a tough walk.
Yılın ilk dağ yürüyüşünü geçtiğimiz hafta yapmıştım. Arkadaşımla birlikte gitmiştim ve yaklaşık 3,5 saat sürmüştü. Bu kez arazi aracı L200 Mitsubishi ile gitmeye karar verdik ve başka bir arkadaşımız daha da vardı yanımızda. Oldukça güçlü bir araç. Taş, kaya, su, dere dinlenmeden yoluna devam eder. After walking for about 20 minutes, we decided to deviate from the road and pass through areas with low snow density. Of course, after a while, inevitably, snow appeared again. Yaklaşık 20 dakika yürüdükten sonra, yoldan sapıp kar yoğunluğunun az olduğu bölgelerden geçmeye karar verdik. Tabii bir süre sonra ister istemez tekrar kar karşımıza çıktı. Ermeniler acilen göç etmek zorunda kaldıkları için altınlarını, değerli madenlerini saklayıp gitmişler. Defineciler de bunları bulma umduyla sürekli kazı yaparlar.
We strayed far from the road. It was quite difficult to pass through some areas. In fact, we have passed through very dangerous places. There was a possibility of an avalanche. I was a little behind because I was always taking pictures :) Both of my friends were very fit and sporty.
Yoldan iyice saptık. Bazı bölgelerden geçmek oldukça zordu. Aslında çok tehlikeli yerlerden geçtik. Çığın oluşma ihtimali vardı. Sürekli fotoğraf çektiğim için biraz geride kaldım :) İki arkadaşım da gayet fit ve sportifti.
We passed an area with quite a lot of snow. After crossing this area, we collected two beet species that grow on the mountain. I would like to share the details about these in my next article. We made this trip at 11:30, it was 16:45 when we got home. We made about 1 hour of the journey by car. In the remaining 4 hours, we walked and slid. It was pretty fun.
