Hola @alberto0607, yo creo que Ubuntu en sus diferentes sabores y Linux Mínt, son bastante amigables para el usuario.
Yo tengo un tiempo que no uso OpenSuse, pero para mí era bastante amigable.
Al final creo que es cuestión de interés, si realmente estás interesado en el uso de un SO y se te hace difícil en un primer momento, lo que debe hacer uno es investigar y conseguir tutoriales.
Pero me quedo con las 3 que te nombre arriba.

OpenSuse nunca lo he usado, alguna que otra máquina virtual, pero para el día a día nunca.

Lo anterior sería igual para Windows, todos tienen su complejidad, unos más que otros.
