Looks like for most countries our health system is almost on the brink of disaster.

It’s funny now private sectors are always thriving but then when it comes to the government sector they struggle. This time round I won’t blame the government but then I’ll blame the individuals working in it. Our maintenance culture is very bad when it comes to issues like this especially if it’s for the government.

It’ll surprise you at the number of public health sector doctors who put in the work to make these private sectors boom when Infact those same people are supposed to be handling public hospitals which is suppose to be their first line of duty. The change we need has to start with us and then we can continue to see changes.

Unfortunately this is the case, there is a greater effort to make the private sector work, of course, there is money involved and this is the main motivation. I agree with you, for there to be great transformations, the change must start with the mentality of the people. The work is big but it is not an impossible mission.
