Hi, Hive friends! Things got busy lately, and I thought I had the time to write for other communities. Anyway, I decided to write a blog about my fitness journal entry in this community.

October 23, 2025 - I just did 28 minutes of walking exercise at home because I was tired from the previous day of exercise. I was chill.
For two days, I took rest days to clean the house.
I lost 1.8 kg in just 4 days - 54.4 kg
October 26, 2025 - I woke up in the morning and checked my weight on the weighing scale.
Surprise! It went down to 54.4 kg.
My target weight is 50 kg.
My pre-pregnancy weight was 48 kg in 2018.
I was laughing because I think the weighing machine played tricks on me. I had to weigh myself thrice just to make sure I wasn't kidding.
Activities I did:
- 11:40 AM Walking exercise
- 6:30 PM Afroletics, Walking exercise, Dancing
Overall, I made 5.69 km for an indoor walk, burned 519 calories, and reached 10k steps.

Initial weight on October 22, 2025 - 56.2 kg

October 26, 2025 - 54.4 kg but ate Burger King after
What did I do to lose that quickly?
Hmm, nothing serious. It's just that I wasn't eating that much in those four days. I wasn't that hungry.
I was 58.2 kg in October 2024
Based on my Huawei Health record:
58.2 kg - October 2024
54.8 kg - November 2024
I lost about 3.4 kg in 2024 over a month.
In comparison to my previous upload for October 2025, which was actually a big surprise.
56.2 kg - October 22, 2025
54.4 kg - October 26, 2025
I lost 1.8 kg in just 4 days.

October 11, 2024 - 58.2 kg
October 25, 2024 - 56.6 kg
October 28, 2024 - 55.6 kg

November 7, 2024 - 55.1 kg
November 21, 2024 - 54.8 kg
I loved how I lost weight every two weeks, slowly but surely.

October 27, 2025 - Feeling pretty from 56.2 kg down to 54.4 kg in just 4 days. 😆
More long way to go. Yeah, excuse my chubby face. I think I lost 1.8 kg, it was the WATER WEIGHT. Anyhow, losing 1.8 kg in 4 days made me feel confident and motivated to continue my journey.

Activities I did:
I started at 5:15 PM
- 30 mins Walking exercise
- 40 mins Dancing
- 12 mins Walking exercise
I made 14k steps and burned 528 calories.
October 28, 2025 - Updated weight at 54.9 kg. Checking my weight after eating Burger King and Pork Adobo from the past few days. No exercise for this day, but I burned 99 calories.
