Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
My current goal is 60k Hive.
Last week I made 2639.01, bringing me to 55188.71 total Hive Power. That’s 92.0% of my goal!
Math time. 60k - 55188.71 gives us 4811.29. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 27 Hive needed per day to reach 60k by that point.
Last week it was 35.1. Oh yeah—making some progress now! On good days I can almost make that much organically, through post and curation earnings. Almost.
As long as the price of HIVE remains low, I think I will continue to buy more. That in mind, I should be in the clear for making it to 60k soon. So… stretch goal?
Though I don’t think 60k will come as early as next week, hopefully I become an Orca next week. Maybe? I’m unsure what level that currently is at. Something like 55.5k? I asked ChatGPT and it said 56k. I think that’s a little high, but maybe? We shall see, anyway.
