Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
My current goal is 35k Hive.
Last week I made 163.23, and powered-up another 360, bringing me to 29864.83 total Hive Power. That’s 85.3% of my goal!
Math time. 35k - 29864.83 gives us 5135.17. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 30.2 Hive needed per day to reach 35k by that point.
Well, it’s not exactly organic growth. Cheap HIVE means I’ve been buying some. I’m keeping most liquid just in case we see a pump, but if that pump doesn’t come I’ll just slowly keep powering it up.
HIVE has recovered a bit and is over 0.20 again, but it’s still pretty cheap so I may well buy more!

BRO is still trickling in at a snail’s pace and I only earned a little, but the lion’s share of that 28.112 increase comes from buying it. Cheap HIVE and all. I also used some to get some BRO. Just some. 35k HP is still my #1 goal. After I get there, I’ll put more attention on BRO.
The PIMP earnings are still going well. I am going to have to start buying if I want to meet my goal by the end of this year, because my earnings aren’t enough, I’ll have to start watching the chart closer to look for chances to buy in.
And CINE keeps coming in nicely. It’s good to be a whale in something—makes earning it much easier. No goal here, I’m just staking what I earn instead of selling it, trusting that @raymondspeaks actually does have a plan for this coin someday. You do have a plan, right, Ray? Ray??
Silver
Well silver once again got our hopes up towards the end of the week, but then fall back down to where the week started. At least it’s still above $30 I suppose.

Here is a good looking coin that I came across today:
An interesting image. I thought it was an ostrich when I saw it, but evidently it’s an emu. Either my knowledge of big birds is lacking (which might very well be the case) or it’s not the best likeness of one. But either way, I like unique subjects, and I think the message of mothers and babies is a good one.
