I really don't appreciate such over hash treatments on the growing children to the extent they maybe thinking, are these really my parents??. Many children and families are in such situations, I really feel those types of tough loves should be checked.

The problem comes when there's no love and affection that balances the other side of it. The child should be made to understand that he only gets scolded when he does something bad.
You are quite right but don't forget that some parents are extremist. Do you know I have seen a lady that used hot pressing iron designed her house made?
The story I told in my post was a reality that happened in my presence, she blended red pepper and robed on the young boy's prick because the 8 years old bed wetted he was her auntie's son.
I'm not guess saying these I'm sure I know about them.
Do you also know that most of those children grew up to have those grudges registered in their memories and often times retaliate on other innocent people that knew nothing about their past pains, and it has become a Mary go round, it's not acceptable let's change.

And I'm sure she hasn't done these to any of her children.
