Hello hive friends!! Guess what? I had a free day today, so I decided to visit my adorable little nieces.. The older one was home from school because they had a special event,, which meant extra playtime for everyone..
When I arrived, I found them having a blast inside their playpen..

It was like a big box of toys,, dolls, balls and blocks everywhere.. The playpen is a genius idea because,, those little legs are so quick.. I can't outrun them.. π
My sister, being the awesome mom that she is, just added a brand-new mat to the floor...

There were already mats underneath, but she wanted to make sure the playpen was super-soft and safe.. The new mat was bright and colorful, perfect for their games..

The girls were giggling and playing so nicely together,, and everything was peaceful... until... disaster struck π Suddenly, a milk bottle spilled.. π€£πΆ
It went all over the brand-new mat.. Talk about a mess.. We all jumped into action.. I grabbed tissues like a superhero and the older sister sprinted to the kitchen to get a big towel..
And the little culprit? She was still smiling and absolutely soaked.. We couldn't help but laugh at the funny little mess-maker.. Look at her face,, she seems so proud of her artwork.. π€£
While the mat was drying, I told my husband to take the girls outside for a little walk.. It was the perfect excuse to properly clean and wipe down the playpen without them adding another toy or spill to the chaos.. π
Even with the little milk emergency,, it was a truly wonderful day.. There's nothing better than spending time with family and watching those two little ones play.. Today was a great reminder that even the silliest little messes make the best memories.. β€οΈ
Yeah, I was tired cleaning the playpen but it was fun.. π I guess.. π€£
