The society expects that as a man, you must be up and doing, have strength and endurance and not be found crying because they will quickly tag them as weaklings. They are also humans with feelings too, this is something they need to understand. Men are awesome too especially the real ones who makes sure they take care of the family and not been selfish, they are empathetic and show concern for others. They aren't lazy but of course, can rest when they are proud of what they have done.
