Feliz noche amigos de Family & Friends está noche quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de una tarde que pase con mi mejor amiga y como he comentado en post anteriores ella tiene un trabajo el cual no le deja mucho tiempo libre y su único día libre ella lo usa para descansar. Pero está semana nos pusimos de acuerdo para pasar un rato juntas y hacer una compra que necesitábamos para una actividad que teníamos el fin de semana pero que tuvimos que posponer.
Happy night friends of Family & Friends tonight I want to share with you a little of an afternoon I spent with my best friend and as I have mentioned in previous posts she has a job which does not leave her much free time and she uses her only free day to rest. But this week we agreed to spend some time together and do some shopping we needed for an activity we had planned for the weekend but had to postpone.
Así que mi amiga salió un poco temprano del trabajo y la verdad tenía planeado salir un poco más temprano pero llegó un perro de último minuto y ella lo termino lo más rápido y nos fuimos en un autobús a un centro comercial pues teníamos que ir a una tienda en busca de una ropa linda y de colores claros.
So my friend left work a little early and she had actually planned to leave a little earlier but a dog came in at the last minute and she finished it as quickly as possible and we took a bus to a mall because we had to go to a store to look for some nice, light-colored clothes.
Yo tomé unos cuantos vestidos que me gustaron mucho y es que últimamente mi prenda de ropa favorita son los vestidos. Me quedan bastante bien y son tan cómodos. Me probé varios y la verdad es que si hubiera tenido más dinero me los habría llevado todos. Es que todos estaban tan bellos.
I picked a few dresses that I really liked, because lately my favorite item of clothing is dresses. They fit me so well and are so comfortable. I tried on several, and honestly, if I'd had more money, I would have taken them all. They were all so beautiful.
Mi amiga también se probó unos vestidos pero no le gustaron mucho y compro otra ropa. Mientras hacíamos esto hablábamos que antes salíamos mucho más, pero aunque nuestros horarios ahora no son tan flexibles como hace un año siempre buscamos la manera de pasar tiempo juntas. Porque cuando alguien nos importa siempre tenemos tiempo. Y mi amiga es una muestra de ello, trabaja todo el tiempo pero siempre que puede salimos a comer o simplemente hacer mercado o como este día comprar ropa.
My friend also tried on some dresses, but she didn't like them very much, so she bought other clothes. While we were doing this, we talked about how we used to go out a lot more, but even though our schedules aren't as flexible as they were a year ago, we always find ways to spend time together. Because when we care about someone, we always have time. And my friend is a testament to that: she works all the time, but whenever she can, we go out to eat or just shop for clothes, like today.
Luego de comprar lo que necesitábamos fuimos a comprar un dulce para compartir. Aunque mi mejor amiga no come dulces muy a menudo este día decidió comer un poco. Y aunque fue una tarde donde hicimos todo bastante rápido pues no teníamos mucho tiempo la pasamos bien, nos reímos mucho y sobre todo pasamos tiempo juntas y eso es lo más importante. Cuando tenemos una amistad de más de 15 años siempre se encuentra tiempo para seguir creando momentos juntas.
After buying what we needed, we went to buy some sweets to share. Although my best friend doesn't eat sweets very often, she decided to eat some this day. And although it was an afternoon where we did everything pretty quickly because we didn't have much time, we had a good time, laughed a lot, and above all, we spent time together, and that's the most important thing. When we have a friendship of more than 15 years, we always find time to continue creating moments together.
