Feliz noche querida comunidad de Family & Friends está noche quiero compartir con ustedes unas lindas fotos del cumpleaños de mi sobrina y es que Lucia Victoria cumplió años y como todos los años yo fui la encargada de hacer su torta de cumpleaños y además este año le cantaron cumpleaños aquí en mi casa. Es increíble como el tiempo pasa tan rápido y es que parece que hace nada mis sobrinas nacieron y ya son grandes.
Happy night, dear Family & Friends community, tonight I want to share with you some beautiful photos of my niece's birthday and Lucia Victoria had a birthday and like every year I was in charge of making her birthday cake and also this year they sang her birthday here at my house. It's incredible how time goes by so fast and it seems like my nieces were just born and they are already grown.
Cómo todos los años mi sobrina aparece con una torta diferente, al principio me enviaron un motivo para la torta y yo no estaba segura así que busque una torta que se pareciera a la que ella quería. En esta ocasión hice una torta de vainilla que decore con merengue italiano, Toppers de papel y también coloque algunas flores de fondant que le dieron un toque hermoso a esta torta. Una vez la torta estuvo lista la pese y es que a veces mis clientes me preguntan cuando pesa una torta y tengo está de referencia.
Like every year my niece shows up with a different cake. At first they sent me a cake theme and I wasn't sure so I looked for a cake that looked like the one she wanted. This time I made a vanilla cake that I decorated with Italian meringue, paper toppers and I also put some fondant flowers that gave a beautiful touch to this cake. Once the cake was ready I weighed it and sometimes my clients ask me how much a cake weighs and I have this as a reference.
Al llegar mi sobrina le felicité y le enseñé su torta de cumpleaños y ella me agradecio por su torta y es que les cuento que está clienta a veces es de las más complicadas y cuando llega con una idea le digo que se acuerde que su tía aún está aprendiendo y algunas técnicas en las tortas no me quedan tan bien.
When my niece arrived, I congratulated her and showed her her birthday cake and she thanked me for her cake. I have to tell you that this client is sometimes one of the most complicated and when she comes with an idea, I tell her to remember that her aunt is still learning and that I don't do some cake techniques very well.
Y por supuesto había que tomarle las fotos con sus papás y su hermana. Y como siempre la encargada de tomar las fotos soy yo, pero todos saben que yo soy feliz tomando fotos para inmortalizar los recuerdos que tenemos como familia.
And of course we had to take the photos with his parents and his sister. And as always, I'm the one in charge of taking the photos, but everyone knows that I'm happy taking photos to immortalize the memories we have as a family.
Aprovechamos de tomarle unas fotos con mi tía la que llegó de Colombia y me dió mucha risa porque las niñas dijeron que quien era esa señora que ellas no la conocían y es que mi tía 6 años viviendo en Colombia y por eso las niñas no la recordaban y muchos sabemos que eso es algo que pasa en la mayoría de las familias venezolanos y es que muchos de nuestros familiares están fuera del país y los más pequeños de la casa no conocen a muchos familiares, está tia por ejemplo no conocía al bebé de una de mis primas por esto mismo porque vivía en Colombia. Así que es maravilloso podernos reunir y que se conozcan entre todos.
We took advantage of taking some photos with my aunt who arrived from Colombia and it made me laugh a lot because the girls said who that lady was, they didn't know her. My aunt has been living in Colombia for 6 years and that's why the girls didn't remember her. Many of us know that this is something that happens in most Venezuelan families. Many of our relatives are out of the country and the little ones in the house don't know many relatives. This aunt, for example, didn't know the baby of one of my cousins for this very reason because she lived in Colombia. So it's wonderful to be able to get together and for everyone to get to know each other.
Amo que todos amén tanto a mi mamá y sea la abuelita de todos. Mis sobrinas las aman y siempre le dan mucho amor, yo había estado todo el día ocupada,me había lavado el pelo y estaba un poco con el pelo alborotado pero no podía faltar la foto con mi sobrina.
I love that everyone loves my mom so much and that she is everyone's grandmother. My nieces love them and always give them lots of love. I had been busy all day, I had washed my hair and my hair was a little messy but I couldn't miss the photo with my niece.
Y llegó el momento de cantar cumpleaños, felicitamos a la cumpleañera y repartimos la torta y los cupcakes. Luego de cantar cumpleaños nos acordamos que no habíamos comprado un refresco y cuando fuimos a comprarlo la bodega ya estaba cerrada así que el refresco quedará para otro cumpleaños.
And then it was time to sing happy birthday, congratulate the birthday girl and hand out the cake and cupcakes. After singing happy birthday we remembered that we hadn't bought a soda and when we went to buy it the store was already closed so the soda will be for another birthday.
Luego de cantar cumpleaños estos dos estuvieron jugando, corriendo por toda la casa y los demos solo los veíamos jugar. Ellos son unos niños muy activos y muy juguetones. Así sea solo un pequeño compartir la pasamos bien y sobre todo disfrutamos del tiempo en familia.
After singing happy birthday, these two were playing, running around the house and we just watched them play. They are very active and playful children. Even if it was just a little sharing, we had a good time and above all we enjoyed family time.
