Feliz noche amigos de Family & Friends está noche quiero compartir que hoy una de mis tías estuvo de cumpleaños y yo decidí hacerle una torta para celebrar su vida y es que gracias a ella yo aprendí a hacer tortas. Y decidí hacer una torta y pasar la tarde con ella y compartir vivencias y sobre todo celebrar su vida porque ha sido muy especial en nuestras vidas.
Happy night, friends of Family & Friends. Tonight I want to share that one of my aunts had a birthday today, and I decided to make her a cake to celebrate her life. It's thanks to her that I learned how to make cakes. So I decided to make a cake and spend the afternoon with her, sharing experiences and, above all, celebrating her life because she's been very special in our lives.
Y les comento que para mí hacerle una torta a mi tía es un gran compromiso pues ella tiene demasiados años haciendo tortas y de ella fue que aprendí. Así que decidí preparar una torta de vainilla rellena con arequipe, la decore con merengue italiano y solo me faltó un Topper de feliz cumpleaños, pensé que tenía uno para esta torta. Pero no tenía pero aún así la torta quedó bella, cuando estuvo la torta lista avisé a otra de mis tías y nos vino a buscar.
And I'll tell you that for me, making a cake for my aunt is a big commitment because she's been making cakes for so many years, and it's from her that I learned. So I decided to make a vanilla cake filled with caramel, decorated it with Italian meringue, and the only thing missing was a Happy Birthday topper. I thought I had one for this cake. But I didn't have one, but the cake still turned out beautiful. When the cake was ready, I told another of my aunts, and she came to pick us up.
Y cuando la cumpleañera estuvo lista le tomamos una foto con la torta que yo le regale y una que le regalaron de su trabajo. Solo pido que mi tía tenga muchos más años con nosotros, ella no tuvo hijos pero si tiene muchos sobrinos que la amamos mucho. Hoy estaba cumpliendo 62 años.
And when the birthday girl was ready, we took a photo of her with the cake I gave her and one she got from work. I only hope my aunt has many more years with us. She didn't have children, but she does have many nieces and nephews who love her very much. Today was her 62nd birthday.
Cabe destacar que mi tía está muy enamorada de la más pequeña de la familia y es que aunque no tiene hijos nos tiene a todos los sobrinos y pues la pequeña Analy es nuestro milagro más bonito y es muy amadas por toda nuestra familia.
It's worth noting that my aunt is very much in love with the youngest member of the family. Although she doesn't have any children, she has all of our nephews and nieces. Little Analy is our most beautiful miracle and is very loved by our entire family.
Y nos fuimos tomando fotos con la cumpleañera, mi tía siempre a dicho que el día de su cumpleaños ella no invita a nadie a su casa. Que el que quiera ir será bien recibido. Así que como la mayoría de nuestra familia está en otro estado y otros en otros países los que estamos cerca nos gusta compartir y sobre todo estar juntos como familia y donde yo esté siempre abra muchas fotos.
And we went taking pictures with the birthday girl. My aunt has always said that on her birthday, she doesn't invite anyone to her house. Anyone who wants to come will be welcomed. So, since most of our family is in another state, and others are in other countries, those of us who are close by like to share and, above all, be together as a family, and wherever I am, I always take lots of photos.
Está foto es muy bonita para mí y es un abrazo a mi corazón. Ya que ellas son las únicas tias por parte de papá que quedan con vida ya que dos de mis tíos y otra tía ya murieron, sin lugar a dudas sabemos que la muerte es parte de la vida pero nunca nos acostumbramos a despedir para siempre a los que amamos. Así que mientras ellas estén con vida las llenaremos de mucho amor.
This photo is so beautiful to me and is a hug to my heart. Since they are the only aunts on my father's side still alive, as two of my uncles and another aunt have already passed away, we undoubtedly know that death is a part of life, but we never get used to saying goodbye forever to those we love. So, as long as they are alive, we will shower them with much love.
Algo muy lindo hoy fue que mi mamá cargó a mi sobrina por primera vez. Ella quiere tener nietos y tenía miedo de cargar a Analy, pero fue muy lindo vivir este momento después de todo lo que vivimos con Analy y su llegada prematura a esta vida.
Something very special today was my mom holding my niece for the first time. She wants grandchildren and was afraid to hold Analy, but it was so nice to experience this moment after everything we'd been through with Analy and her premature arrival.
Y entre las risas y el pasar tiempo juntas una de mis tías andaba haciendo maromas y por eso nos reímos tanto. De verdad que es maravilloso pasar tiempo en familia.
And between the laughter and spending time together, one of my aunts was doing somersaults, and that's why we laughed so much. It's truly wonderful to spend time as a family.
Y no podia faltar una foto familiar, algo que me pareció muy lindo es que mientras mi tía cargaba a la bebé le decía primer cumpleaños de la tía que vienes y esperemos sean muchos más.
And a family photo couldn't be missed. Something I thought was really cute was that while my aunt was holding the baby, she said, "Aunt's first birthday, you're coming," and hopefully there will be many more.
Y por supuesto no podía faltar una foto con la más pequeñita de la familia. Mi florecita como le digo, tenía casi un mes sin verla y la Vi mucho más grande y activa. Amo ser tía y más al saber todo lo que pasamos con mi sobrina.
And of course, I couldn't miss a photo with the youngest member of the family. My little flower, as I call her, hadn't seen her in almost a month, and I saw her much bigger and more active. I love being an aunt, and even more so knowing everything my niece and I go through.
**Cenamos con unas deliciosas pizzas y luego cantamos cumpleaños.
We had some delicious pizzas for dinner and then sang happy birthday.
