I'm sorry, but I want to say that my feeder attracts not only harmless little birds such as chickadees, bullfinches, and sparrows but also hawk that feed on these tiny birds. Yes, it's called the Food Chain.

Usually, the hawk made 2 attacks on the tree on which the bird feeder and birds were sitting, and after that, it flew away. During the first pass, the birds flew in different directions, and then the hawk could grab the victim in the second attack. The smart tits sat close to the trunk of the tree and this saved them from the predator.
But recently, the hawk has become more active. Yesterday, he made 5 attacks on a tree, and he also performed complex maneuvers between branches and tried to grab the birds that remained sitting on the branches of the tree. But he couldn't capture a single bird. Yes, it looked very exciting. The hawk made one attack from top to bottom and abruptly turned back up at the ground.
I thought he flew off into the woods, but I was wrong. Wow. He sat down on an apple tree and began to turn his head 360 degrees.
