I remember with my mother and grandparents talking about menopause was never done. Now though it is discussed as well as perimenopause. I know when we hit 50 there seem to be things we take to stop certain things, but we should also be aware of what our bodies are telling us.

That's right, in times past there was little talk about menopause, it was simply said that one was already big or old and ready, but everything else was left aside and now that you tell me at home they didn't talk about menopause as such either.. Today yes, fortunately. It was a pleasure to visit you🎉👋
Hi Ed (@Tengolotodo), I have a conundrum with this, as my medical aid stopped my Menopause benefit when I turned 70. So my question to them is, what is the stage after menopause? They can't answer that, just crazy! 🙈
