Today marked Day 6 of the SpendHBD Shokin experience organized by @fokusnow, and it was a day to remember.
We, about 28 hivers gathered at the newly listed eatery called La fresh Food & Bakery to experience the joy and spending our HBd and getting cashbacks.
Everyone came with one goal in mind: to spend HBD, promote its use, and experience firsthand how seamlessly it can be used for everyday transactions.
So yes, that is what we did, and onlookers also witnessed the grand event.
I gathered a few hives who could make it today, I succeeded in taking @dannymotors and @liliangloria, the newbies I recently onboarded through the spendhbd project.
@yummycruz1 came with @xkings and we all went together.
We soon got to La fresh and the others were already there. And we were glad to join the team.
I was so impressed by the arrangement of the place, I love the greenish settings, very beautiful!
Joyfully I met @fokusnow to ask for the Spendhbd T-shirt I had ordered and paid for, and he gave it to me so I quickly changed to it to match with the event hehe. And it will serve as more promotion for the project. So see me with my new SpendHBD T-shirt

I soon made my order for Rice and chicken and I was served immediately. I Paid 3.250 HBD and I claimed Cash back reward of 0.813 Hive Dollars ( that's 25% of 3.250 Hive Dollars)
Ok I totally enjoyed the meal, especially the chicken! I bought the most popular kind of rice in Nigeria, which is the Jollof 🥰
And do you know, they were plenty other meals they had there, the place was such a beauty to behold, very nice. Most of us when for proper food, other went for snacks, they sell both local dishes and Continental.

How I love taking selfies, and how fun it is to take selfies of new and old friends, and taking selfies strengthens bonds doesn't it, hehe yes it does. So below are the selfies I took there?
Hmmm from preparing my mind, to heading to the eatery, to getting my branded T-shirt, to spending HBd on a delicious meal, to claiming a cash back reward, to taking selfies with my old and new friends, oh words can't just describe the joy I felt.
Oh I can't wait to list my first shop for to accept HBD, I'm already working towards it as an already listed local guide for the project. I'll work hand in hand with others to take this project far and wide Nigeria.
