This is actually one of the cleanest explores I've seen, save for the bit of mess at the basement. I guess it was abandoned just recently, and a lot of people are scared of the owner. It's good you were able to explore without any problems.

        The owner info is local and down to @anidiotexplores intel. He doesn't live too far from it, so has this knowledge. I doubt anyone else would know as it's not the kind of thing gangsters would promote.
