On January 13, 2025 it was announced that January distribution would be 150 SWAP.HIVE
A 25% increase from the previous month. Also mentioned was the pepEntropy contribution to our #veridiPASS gaming project via #TooFuckeh problem solving token. And, we reviewed the token portfolio holdings and valuation.
On January 30, 2025 I introduced Hive Book Value 1(HBV1) and Hive Book Value 2(HBV2) to give guidance in determining the current and future value of our QIS token.

The blue line is a spot check, the red line is a moving average of the last 20 spot checks and the yellow line is a 40 spot check moving average. Note the vertical axis is exponential to emphasize Hive value of capital appreciation over time.

The next snippet shows how your pepEntropy token value has appreciated since we got started in November 2023. Those 1,000 tokens cost 0.50 Hive and today they are worth 100.08 Hive.

There has been some changes in token holders since the December 2024 report. As mentioned before, some PEPT system accounts are holding and trading tokens as part of building our PEPT economy. For example, a couple of administrative accounts unloaded holdings while our veridiPASS gaming project account included pepEntropy as part of its funding strategy.
Going Forward
When you look at our token trading chart you see a leveling of the trading price while our monthly ROC continued to increase. Our QIS token deliverable is to continue increasing ROC as a primary objective and to offer capital appreciation as a secondary objective. From time to time, we will experience volatility in trading price. Every effort is made to gradually increase the buy side of a trade to give some holders an opportunity to sell as need be based on their own objectives.
pepEntropy portfolio, at any time, may include as many as 120 layer 2 tokens. Some token trading generate ongoing and repeatable capital gains, some get sold as losses, some earn regular dividends while others are held for significant gain in the near and far future. Important: As a pepEntropy token holder, you benefit from a layer 2 token portfolio managed by @fjworld
Also, a portfolio management service and market maker service is being evaluated as additional revenue streams for our QIS token use case.
It is hoped, that more Hivers take notice of the pepEntropy element in our PEPT ecosystem. There is a lot of risk and competition for Hivers when they evaluate which project token they may want to support.
