Today we are going to cook beef steak in a special way, adding potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and carrots. The meat will be steamed together with the vegetables. It's the perfect lunch to end the week with plenty of energy and enjoy the parades.

  • 2 beef steaks
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Half a cup of water
  • Oil

Procedure:

I washed the vegetables. I peeled the potatoes and carrots, diced the potatoes, and sliced the carrots. I removed the outer layer of the onion and julienned it, and diced the bell pepper.

Next, I tenderized the meat with a kitchen mallet, then added a pinch of salt. This ensures that it is tender, with the ideal consistency for eating without much effort when chewing.
