
Hi bloggers, today I'm going to share an easy and delicious recipe made from simple ingredients, based on eggs and tofu, topped with barbecue sauce that tastes like homemade steak.
Ingredients:
Egg and tofu omelette ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 pieces of tofu
- all-purpose flour
- water
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- vegetable oil
Sauce ingredients:
- half an onion
- 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How to make:
Egg-tofu omelet:

- Crack the eggs and put them in a bowl an add the tofu to the bowl.

- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Mash and beat until mixed.
Heat oil in a pan.



- Slowly pour in the egg-tofu mixture as you would for a regular omelette, then shape it into a square like a steak.


Cook until browned.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare all-purpose flour as a wet and dry coating in 2 separate containers


- Coat the egg-tofu mixture in the wet and dry batter

- Place the coated egg-tofu mixture into the preheated oil


- Cook until golden brown.
Make the sauce:

- Slice the onion.

- Add margarine into the pan.

- Add to a pan containing melted margarine.

- Cook until fragrant.


- Add barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, add a little water, black pepper, salt, and sugar.

- Stir until well blended.

- Cook until done.





Once all the ingredients are ready, place the egg and tofu omelette on a plate and pour the sauce over it. The egg and tofu omelette is now ready to serve.
